Our factory (35.000m2) consists of a fermentation plant, classification lines, a selection system equipped with the ultimate technology in artificial vision, pitting lines and slicing and stuffing lines (pepper, anchovy, onion, garlic, jalapeño, lemon, almond, etc.).
In the packaging section we have four high production lines, as well as the heat treatments applied to the product (pasteurisation and sterilisation) which guarantee the perfect preservation of our products.
